For DECA advisors & teachers

A living classroom.

Bring your store data directly into the classroom. Operating your store on the RallyOrder platform means your students run the store, you teach with the store's real numbers, and students have an always-on learning experience that is grounded in the store they operate every day.

Real store data Improved learning outcomes Competition-ready portfolio
Built for the advisor

You guide the learning. The platform gives you the tools.

Real store data

Every lesson uses your store's actual sales, margins, and inventory. Students analyze a business they run, not a textbook case.

Students do the work

Cashiering, restocking, pricing, and reporting are student jobs. You set the roles and permissions they work within.

Five minutes a day

Approve what needs approving, glance at the numbers, and bring them into the lesson. No spreadsheets, no reconciliation.

The living classroom

A semester's worth of learning moments.

The store offers a direct opportunity to build a living classroom. Every big sales day, new product bundle, or out-of-stock alert is a lesson that actually happened.

Bolt ExplainsTotal COGS
What it is

The dollar amount your store spent on inventory that sold this period. Every unit sold adds its cost to this number.

Why it matters

COGS is the biggest cost line in a school store. The ratio of COGS to sales tells you whether your pricing and mix are healthy.

Example

Sales of $4,847 minus gross profit of $2,693 equals $2,154 in COGS. Only the $2,693 is yours to use.
