School events powered by RallyOrder.
Football games, dances, and concerts are some of the biggest events of the year at a school. RallyOrder gives you the tools to set up and run them on the same register the school store already runs: custom ticket types, cash and card admissions, concessions, and a full set of analytics and reporting built in.
Meet the RallyOrder Mini.
A mobile register with a small footprint so it fits anywhere you need it. Move it around the school: a gym door, a stadium gate, a table outside the spring musical. Same functionality, smaller device.
Small enough to carry under one arm, it can run on battery through the whole game, prints receipts from its built-in printer, and shows the customer their total on its own rear display. Cards tap on the same reader the store uses. Bring your own SIM card for mobile data if the Wi-Fi isn't available.
Sell tickets and manage attendance.
Configure the types of tickets each event needs, just like setting up a new item in the concession stand. Tap the game, select the ticket types, process the payment, let them through the gate.
Any ticket type can ring at $0.00 and still be tracked through the platform, so free admits (ASB, pass holders) and paid tickets are tracked together. Attendance stays complete, and every event type builds its own analytics on the tickets it sells.
- Cash, card, or split. Every payment type runs on the same platform: keypad tender and change due for cash, tap to pay for card. Pair it with an integrated cash drawer when the gate takes bills.
- Built for bad Wi-Fi. Offline mode keeps the line moving when the network drops: cash never needs a connection, and card payments keep ringing offline, syncing safely when the signal returns.
From new event to gate report in four steps.
As generic as Football Games or as specific as a single rivalry game. Prom, graduation, the spring play: if your school sells a ticket to it, you can build it, in whatever shape your season runs.
The event runs as a store on the RallyOrder platform, so anyone can staff the line and run the gate. It works like the store because it is one.
Cash sales are tracked like the store's, card payments deposit to the school's own bank account, and all of the reporting surfaces in HomeRoom and your district's dashboard.
Run the Gate Report to see whether Friday broke the attendance record and what the night collected for the school.
Customize your ticket options.
Create your own ticket types for each event. A football game, a spring concert, and senior prom can each have their own custom options and prices.
Every ticket sold is a fan admitted.
Attendance stops being a guess and becomes analytics you can open: sales by ticket type, the cash and card mix, revenue by event, and whether the cash drawer balanced. Understand how you are doing every game and season to season.
The district view offers the finance team an auditable trail across all the schools in the district, simplifying the work they need to do to reconcile activities.
Events are a marketing class.
Sports and entertainment marketing classes study pricing, promotion, and attendance through case studies about franchises their students will never run. The school itself sells thousands of tickets a year: games, dances, concerts, a full season of sales data your students can learn from.
Ticketing on RallyOrder turns event data into course material. Friday's gate shows up Monday as numbers the class can open: admits by ticket type, revenue by event, the cash and card mix. Run a new social media campaign and evaluate the ticket sales. Price the winter dance as a class project. Read the concert's gate against the game's.
It is the same instrumented-store experience we built for school-based enterprises, pointed at the events your school already runs. It is the only ticketing system designed for the classroom.
Friday's gate: 723 admits, $3,032. Students outdrew adults 391 to 214, and concessions rode along in the same carts.
Question for the board: what should playoff tickets cost?
Ticketing + stores in one place.
Ticketing runs as its own store inside HomeRoom, right beside the DECA store and the spirit shop: its own catalog, its own reports, its own drawer. Ticket revenue never mixes with spirit-wear money, and every store lands on the same surface for tracking and reconciliation.
Every store reports the same way, in real time: sales, admits, payment mix, drawer variance. The whole picture rolls up to FrontOffice, our dedicated district dashboard, so the business office reconciles the gate the same way it reconciles every store in the district.
The school stays the merchant, revenue settles to the school's own bank account, and families pay the ticket price with no fan fee added. The same posture we take with student data and store money, applied to the crowd.
Event ticketing FAQ.
Event ticketing arrives in fall 2026, on the same platform schools run their stores on today. Schools on the early access list get their gates set up first.
Yes. Cash is a first-class payment at the gate: keypad tender, change due on screen, and a drawer that kicks. Cash sales never depend on the network, and the closing drawer count reconciles the night.
The line keeps moving. Cash never needs a connection, card sales queue safely through short outages, and everything syncs when the connection returns. Gates have the worst connectivity on campus, so the register is built to expect it.
The ticket price. There are no fan fees and no per-ticket surcharges added at the gate: a $6 ticket costs $6.
A season or activity pass sells like any other product, and pass holders ring through the gate as free admits. So do ASB cardholders and comps. Free admits show up in attendance like every other ticket, which keeps the crowd count complete, and passes never need special hardware to check.
Yes. Tickets and concessions live on one register: two adult admits and two candy bars go in the same cart, cash or card, one total, one drawer to count at the end of the night.
To the school. Ticket revenue settles to the school’s own bank account, the school is the merchant of record, and RallyOrder never holds the money in the middle. District finance gets the same auditable reporting the store already produces.
