Questions, answered

The things schools ask first.

Money flow, compliance, hardware, and what it takes to get a store running. If your question is not here, talk to us.

Every sale is processed through Stripe and paid out daily to your school's own bank account. The school is the merchant of record, so funds never pass through an advisor's personal account. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe, which means the school never touches it and the whole flow stays PCI compliant.

RallyOrder is built to FERPA and COPPA standards. Students operate the store without exposing personal information, access is role-based and controlled by the advisor, and we never sell student data.

A standard kit is the RallyOrder Pro dual-screen POS, a card reader, a locking cash drawer, and a receipt printer. The system is offline-capable, so it keeps working through a busy event. Our hardware is built to work together and bring store data into the classroom, which means existing hardware components you already own can't be used with RallyOrder. The good news: hardware is free if you sign up before the start of the fall semester.

RallyOrder keeps taking sales offline. Transactions queue on the device and sync automatically once the connection is restored, so the lunch rush or the game-day concession stand never has to stop.

Schools often purchase RallyOrder with CTE and Perkins V funds, since it is a hands-on career and technical education tool tied to a real student-run business. Eligibility depends on your state's CTE plan and your local use-of-funds rules, so confirm with your district's CTE coordinator. We are glad to provide documentation to support your requisition. And schools that sign up before the fall semester starts get their hardware free, which makes the funding conversation even simpler.

You can import your existing catalog from a Square, Toast, or Clover export, and our team helps you map it to RallyOrder before you go live. Most stores are set up well ahead of their first sale day.

Your school owns its data. Every transaction is logged and exportable, and you can pull audit-ready reports at the school or district level at any time, including when you offboard. Nothing is locked in.

District finance gets FrontOffice: a roll-up of every school and store, real-time revenue, tax collected, and daily payout and reconciliation trails, all exportable and audit-ready. The money flow and compliance are built for the people who have to sign off on it.

Advisors have full control over how RallyOrder fits into their classroom. Real store data becomes the analytics lesson, Bolt Explains slide-out explainers surface the concept behind a number in context, and Presentation Mode puts the week's story on the projector. All of it is built for learning moments the advisor decides to take.
